This is how we work
Due to standardized procedures tailored to your particular needs, we work in an extremely cost-efficient manner both at a national and international level in approx. 25 languages with native speakers.
We would be pleased to support you in choosing the appropriate survey and interview tools, during all phases of the project workflow and in interpreting as well as implementing the survey result.
The guidelines and principles of our work are:
- widely accepted good price-performance ratio
- timely submission of analyses, also for international customer surveys in different languages
- respect for your customer's time
- practical and viable, i.e. non-academic nor too theoretical reports
- precision and focus on our core competence, i.e. no telephone selling (which would prevent customers from being open towards us)
- sales and marketing-oriented consultation as well as joint definition of market research targets and survey subjects with you, our customers
- recommendation of practical follow-up action after the analysis
