Unstructured question


Unstructured questions or open-ended questions are an important part of questionnaires for satisfaction studies. They offer participants the chance to express their opinions and provide their comments in an open and unrestrained way.
Unstructured questions are very effective in telephone and personal interviews because a dialog with the respondent is encouraged.
