Telephone interview
Telephone interviews are verbal interviews for which an interviewer contacts the person to be questionned via telephone in order to answer the questionnaire. This type of interview can be conducted fast and cost-efficiently.
In addition, it allows several contacts with the respondent. As an advantage compared to paper interviews in the case of uncertainties or requested further comments the responses can be elaborated.
