Supplier survey


The supplier survey is a special kind of survey in B2B market research. It is defined as studies among companies' suppliers in which the relationship and cooperation is assessed. It is aimed at determining the satisfaction of suppliers with the cooperation.

Supplier satisfaction can be maximised and business relations can be optimised by actively demanding the return of suppliers' feedback, accepting criticism and taking necessary steps from complaints, requests for changes and ideas for improvement. In this way close long-term cooperations between companies and their suppliers are created.
