Rate of return
The rate of return is similar to the percentage of persons in statistical studies that took part in the survey or filled in the questionnaire. Highest rates of return can be achieved in personal or telephone interviews (60-80% and more).
Concerning paper interviews or online surveys the rate of return is comparably small as a rule (10-20%). By using certain incentives the rate of return can be improved.
