Quality control and management

As a general rule every market research company should treat their customers, interviewers and respondents with respect. However, in order to assure top quality levels of market research projects further aspects are of great importance:

  • Adhering permanently to the ESOMAR guidelines (code of conduct for market researchers)
  • Qualified market research team with long-standing experience (at FBInnovation professional experience in the B2B area is of priority), constant qualification and training of team members
  • Continuous and extensive communication between all persons involved in a project (e.g. briefing, method consulting, contact between project management and interviewers)
  • Short communication channels and fast decisions
  • Ensuring confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations (anonymity of respondents)
  • Ensuring high quality levels throughout the interview and field phase
  • Regular checking and testing of interviewers and external service providers (e.g. control samples, keeping of quota plans)
  • Responsible data analysis and interpretation by using the latest technologies and methods
  • Methodical know how, up-to-date technology
  • Keeping time schedules.

FBInnovation adhere to those guidelines and conduct all market research projects (e.g. customer surveys, employee surveys) in a timely and quality-oriented way.

Our customers testify to that!
