Organisational energy


Organisational energy is the power and strength that a company develops in order to evoke changes in a target-oriented way. If customer orientation - and consequently customer satisfaction - has to be reflected profitably and effectively within the results of a company managers should release all necessary organisational energy.

In this respect organisational energy shows to which degree companies are activating their potentials in order to pursue their goals.
