Junk Mail
Junk or spam mails are electronic mails that are not requested by recipients in most cases. They often include advertisements, promotions or information that are not personally addressed.
Spams have an impact on the daily work of FBInnovation and market research: letters of invitation to surveys that are sent by email should not be filtered in advance as spam or junk mail and be kept back from the potential survey participant.
