Institute


An institute in connection with market research is a company-external (in most cases commercial) service provider who conducts as an expert the data collection within the scope of primary research on behalf of interested companies.

In addition, it takes on the tasks of data examination as well as data analysis and interpretation. The implementation in CRM as well as carrying out workshops have been added to the scope of a market research institute only recently.
