eCRM solutions


The abbreviation eCRM stands for customer relationship management and customer service that are supported through online services (so-called E-services).

Customer support and service are provided in connection to a company's website, e.g. by using FAQ (frequently asked questions) sections, categories with technical advice, Email service, live chats or online self-service data bases where customers are able to find answers to certain problems by themselves.

eCRM is a relatively cost-efficient way for businesses to serve their customers. However, user-friendliness should be guaranteed, concepts should be planned very thoroughly and information resources should be carefully looked after.
