Customer relationship management


Customer Relationship Management is a management method, that aims at looking after a company's customers and developing the relationship with them in order to build customer loyalty and increase sales figures. It is an all-embracing, holistic approach for managing a business.

Based on a database and special software as well as clearly defined sales procedures all customer-related processes are integrated into CRM and optimized spanning all departments. The objective of CRM is to create an added value both on the client's side and on the supplier's side.
