Corporate identity


The corporate identity of a company describes its character and personality which are marked by the predominant culture, values and philosophy. It is perceptible within the company and demonstrated to the outside.

The elements of corporate identity are e.g. the company name, the company logo, symbols, the design and development of the means of communication.

Corporate identity influences a company's image both to the outside and within the organisation. The concept provides employees with a sense of belonging which creates an emotional bond and promotes their commitment.
