Brand loyalty
Brand loyalty means that customers are bound or loyal to a certain product or service - and therefore to its brand - in the long run.
Brand-loyal behaviour can be identified by:
- repurchase,
- additional purchase and/or
- recommendation to third parties.
Brand loyalty may result from:
- customer satisfaction with the performance
- price of a certain product or service
- identification with brand image.
