BIG 20
FBInnovation offers together with its partners from Business Information Group BIG the new analysis tool BIG 20 in ten European countries. This standardised tool measures the engagement and motivation of employees within various industries on the basis of 20 carefully selected questions (therefore the name BIG 20).
BIG 20 analysis
- Provides a clear picture of the motivational status of employees (it differentiates between the current job worries and longer-term engagement);
- Helps to identify and avoid inner resignation and to increase the potential for more engagement and creativity for the benefit of the company;
- Provides precise recommendations for companies and employees to reach their objectives;
- Helps increase awareness of middle management of the theoretically known (but in the daily routine often forgotten) management skills: that employees need reinforcement, that praise can have a better effect than a pay rise, etc..
Since identical surveys take place in ten European countries FBInnovation will be able to supply benchmark data for the interpretation of the participants' company's results.

- The questionnaire will be provided online on an external server to assure full anonymity. Employees will receive an individual code to open the survey. The data exchange will be SSL encoded (as in electronic banking) in order to grant highest levels of data protection.
