Balanced scorecard


The balanced scorecard is a strategic system with which the progress of a company concerning the realisation of its set objectives can be measured and managed.

To do so 4 perspectives are included: the financial, the customer, the internal process and the learning and development perspective.

Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction can be incorporated into the index system of the balanced scorecard.
