Anonymity
Anonymity (from Greek: nameless or without any name) means to keep the identity of a person, a group, an institution or an operating structure secret.
Especially in employee surveys it is essential to grant participants full anonymity. By doing so they are able to freely express their opinions on the survey subject or name any problems in an unreserved way without the fear of any negative sanctions (such as losing their job).
For this reason the services of external market research providers are used that conduct surveys independently of the client company. The market researchers take care that the answers cannot be related to the single participant and that they are analysed anonymously or only by groups of employees.
FBInnovation also conducts employee surveys and grants you 100% anonymity.
