360° employee survey
360-degree-employee surveys are conducted in order to evaluate each individual employee and his or her performance from various levels within and outside the company. This kind of survey is applied to assess the performance of staff belonging to middle management levels.
In comparison to common employee surveys not only employees from the respective department (from lower hierarchy levels) deliver their assessment, but in addition senior managers, colleagues (that is other managers from the same hierarchy level), customers as well as employees from external companies provide their ratings.
By doing so an evaluation of staff performance from all perspectives - that is from a 360° angle - is possible.
