Sept. 09: Participation in BIG Conference

FBInnovation took part in the latest conference of the market research organization BIG (Business Information Group) in St. Petersburg (Russia) on 4th and 5th September 2009.
An important subject of the meeting was the BIG 20 study initiated by BIG earlier this year with the aim of analyzing employee engagement and motivation. The competence of the Europe-wide HR experts of BIG was incorporated into this study and further developed within the latest meeting as well as adapted to the current customer needs.
The main benefit of the initiative was restated - The BIG 20 analysis system is especially of interest to international companies as cross-national assessments and benchmarks of employee motivation can be conducted more easily and cost-efficiently.
